Make sure customers shared their contact details/whatsapp number/email id with us, so that we can share the order tracking id's on the suggested communication channels for delivering the products on time without any hassle.Order Cancellations, Lost Packages, or Missed Deliveries:
No worries! You'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs (if paid online) for any cancelled, lost, or undelivered orders. If you want to cancel the order, need to cancel before dispatching the product, If you miss that chance then you contact us, we will refund the amount after excluding shipping+additional cost i.e 149/- per order.Returns:
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless you follow RentMyCostume's return policy for self-shipping. Any product which customer want to return need to place return request with in 48 hours after delivering the product.

Find out if RentMyCostume delivers to your area by entering your PIN code on the product page using the "Check Delivery Options" tool. This will show you standard delivery timeframes and Cash on Delivery availability for your chosen costume. Usually it takes upto 7 Days to deliver the products.
